This story is a happy feel good romance, that leaves you with a warm glow for days after you have finished reading it.

Garrett is a budding Country music singer, that is nurturing his budding career. He is 100% committed to doing everything he can to make it big, even if that means remaining in the closet and no long-term relationships…. That is until he meets Finn.

Finn Is a rich successful self-made businessman, but he has had a horrid past of abusive father who tried to kill Finns sister, which Finn carry’s guilt for to this day.

The attraction is instant, but the road to happiness is long and bumpy. It is fascinating to watch how these two characters connect and build their relationship, to see them blend their very different lives and outlooks together.

You cannot help to become invested in the characters and you find yourself smiling when they are happy and screaming at them when their having problems. I wanted to grab Garrett and shake him to his senses at one point in the story.

But like a true romance that this book is, they do come to their senses and realize that they are meant to be together.

The characters are well developed and real. The plot is well thought out and nicely paced, and the story is told in such a way you see the story through the characters eyes.

I loved Finns protective sister giving Garrett a hard time when he had broken things off with Finn.

A thoroughly enjoyable and positive read.
